Memory Teddy Bears
|
 |
Mary created these four Memory Bears out of a very tattered quilt that was made by a client's great-grandmother. That client and three of her siblings fondly remember sleeping under the quilt on a visit to their great-grandmother. In order to make these bears, Mary repaired some areas of the quilt, and now all four children can share sweet memories of visiting their great-grandmother’s house! |

Here's a great selection of Memory Teddy Bears! Some of which have pockets that hold pajamas! |

Mary can stitch together a sweet memory for you using just about any fabric you (or she) may have. The cream bear was once a sweater Mary’s sister Teresa no longer wanted. Now his beautiful satiny paws and ears comfort a new owner.
Your Memory bear can also be finished with just about any embellishment you can imagine. Take for example the shawls Mary crocheted for the green bears. Buttons from coats, clothing, or sewing notion stashes make for great eyes. And vintage jewelry make for excellent decorations. |

This matching quilt, Memory Bear, and rug are made from curtains! The border on the Quilt and the Bear are filled with down feathers and lavender. Fluff the quilt or hug the bear and be surrounded by the calming scent of lavender. |
